Spend a relaxing weekend at Bundanon connecting with nature and restoring your wellbeing.
All meals are included with a focus on nutrition and fresh, local produce. Bring your yoga mat and join experienced instructor Tamar Kelly for classes throughout the weekend. Work with nature and observational drawing to explore mindful/mindless mark-making in a creative workshop with artist Mel Young from MakeShift. Led by local practitioner Jaz Corr, experience Wayapa® Wuurrk, an earth connection practice based on ancient Indigenous wisdom. Through a combination of Earth mindfulness, narrative meditation, a series of physical movements, and taking action to look after the planet, Wayapa provides a sense of belonging to the Earth while creating holistic well-being.
While at Bundanon, you will also have the opportunity to visit Bundanon’s Art Museum and the Homestead site*. Parallel Landscapes unites three exhibitions exploring different ways of seeing the natural world, including Arthur Boyd’s Landscape of the Soul. At the Homestead site, you can see Arthur Boyd’s studio and go for a self-guided bushwalk.
