The Window of Tolerance: Fri 12 Nov

Every human moves up and down a spectrum of mental and physical health. Join mental health educator, Caitlin Marshall, to learn to build awareness and strategies to maintain your mental wellbeing.

A Remedy of Writing: Fri 19 Nov

With no experience required, play some creative writing games and discover the rich, portable join of writing for fun! Join award-winning fiction novelist and writing teacher Helena Fox for this hour of story-telling mischief.

Trip Around the House: Fri 26 Nov

Experience a Creative Adventure with artist Sally Ann Conwell, through imaginative play, drawing, storytelling. Sally uses her skills as a painter, illustrator, visual artist and art therapist to connect us to the creative sparks around us.

There will also be an optional fifth workshop on Friday 3 December (12pm-1.30pm) to review the LunchBreak experience in a collaborative and creative way. Come along and reflect on your experiences and help shape future LunchBreak sessions

Workshop fee includes:

  • 4x 90 minute workshops with a program facilitator throughout and a new creative facilitator each workshop
